so if there is spillage..too small..now im more confused do u measure under or over for band size..i read the comment ..whos the professinal?please help i just want a great fit comfortable right fit!!(:

I've always been very disappointed in the above-breast measurement for band sizing. Your band does NOT sit above your breasts so why measure above them? Measure under your breasts, snug against your rib cage, where your band will actually sit. And bras always fluctuate on sizing based on model, amount of padding, fabric type, etc. so measuring yourself is always a good start but should never be a hard and fast number.
